上海加温SX-CHS纯锰系表调剂，稳定性好，循环使用成本低廉，膜层细腻耐磨。
一、用途：用于锰系之前钢铁件获得细腻柔和外观磷化工序前的*表面调整。
二、特点
能更大地增加金属表面的活性中心，使磷化初期金属表面可以生成大量的晶核，从而使磷化膜均匀、细致，以提高磷化膜耐蚀性，并赋予磷化膜较佳的装饰性。

四、用法
1.配比：5%（质量比），加水配成工作液。
2.配制方法：先将水加热，然后按每升自来水加50克该表调剂，并升温至8595C彻底溶解。（溶解前，较好将块状切成小块，以便更好溶解）
3．使用温度：50-60度；表调时间：0.51分钟。
五、工作液的调整
        用手执式折射仪观察：23为较佳工作范围，当2时，加表调剂，使数值恢复到工艺范围内，当3时，加水调整。
六、包装、储存
25kg/袋。本品应储存于干燥处，防止高温、日晒、潮湿，长期保存不变质。
